Well no doubt this builder holds a good reputation in real estate sector but their are some things which need to be clear more, before presenting anything to customers. I am satisfied with their project site but not with sales guy. He is so overconfidence and commits a lot of thing. I hope when I actually reside there all the things which he committed would be real.

I don't know writing positive or genuine review on this platform is a good initate or not. But I found that this website only support negative reviews or negativism, as I see many review which are having positive information were marked fake, but negative information review haven't been marked fake.

But I have to tell my experience, so I am writing this review in this platform. Couples of day earlier I visited Trans Magnolia in Devanahalli Bangalore, to see if their are plots available or not and also found out that peoples who are living their are happy with their investment or what are the facilities available here.

When I reached their in Morning 10AM I had words with localities who are living their. They told me place is good as I see it is surrounded with greenery having parks open areas and facilities like 24/7 water and electricity.

There were some shops also 2 -3 plots are empty their. I don't find any negativity with Trans Mangolia. I also contacted with Transcity sales person for the procedure to buy a plot here. He talk very politely later I also visited his office.

I was looking for residential property in bengaluru when I shifted to bengaluru my friends suggested me this company they have very nice and promissing residential projects with good indoor and social amenities along with proper connectivity.

First I was really confused, whether to invest on Transcity Developers or not buy when I personally visit their project site & got really shocked that all world class facilities are provides by Transcity developers on their projects. Then I buyed a property in Trans Orchid and now I am happy with my decision to invest on Transcity Developers.

Hello everyone I buyed a plot in one of the Transcity developer project trans orchid and I am currently lives there. First I also confused that I should buy l plot from Trascity or not but when I meet with peoples who already buy and living their happily then I make my mind to go with Transcity Developers.

I have been looking a residential property and searched a lot of society in Bangalore, but when I visit Transcity Orchid Pradise I found that my search end here's. This society is true example of modern architecture and surrounded with lot's of greenery a perfect example to reside with your family.

Yesterday I visited one of the residential project of Transcity Developer and found that these projects are the true example of modern architecture. Their projects have unique designs and constructed with good quality of material.

Yesterday I visited one of the Transcity residential project in Bangalore, and found that it's really a good place to reside as it is surrounded with lot's of greenery, open space and all world class facilities.

I visited Trans Magnolia last week & got quite surprised to see that this project is surrounded with lot's of greenery, also having good connectivity and provides all facilities.

I had booked in orchid paradise , now they are telling they have given it to somebody else.

I booked a plot in orchid paradise and got it registered and received khata by 2015 paying complete money but till date the project is not developed as per their promise and person in charges are not attending the calls. I visited their office in the month of July 2019' but their answers were terribly disappointing. I don't know the future of my investing hard earn money for this project . . . .?!

Last week I visit Transcity Meadows a residential projects of Transcity developers to buy a plot there & got quite suppressed that this project is having a good connectivity to cities all major locations.

Last week I visited Trans Orchid a residential project of transcity developers and got quite shocked that it's a true example of modern architecture. Surrounded with lush green environment and have all world class facilities and amenities.

I have booked a plot in trans pragathi a residential project by transcity developers, and I am very much satisfied with my decision of going with transcity. The rate I got was quite genuine, I paid the full amount and got registration and everything recently. entire process was transparent and I have not faced any problem with this developer.

I recently visited Transcity orchid paradise to buy a property their and got really shocked that, this project is a true example of modern architecture and provides so many modern facilities. Now I am truly sure to buy a property their.

I buyed a residential property from transcity developers in 2016 & my experience is really good. Society is surrounded with lot's of greenery and also have parks, playgrounds so that we can spend some good time with our family.

Through there are many good thinks with this builder but one of the best thing is that I got my possession on time. Also builder is so polite and behaves very decently. They also uses modern architecture in their residential projects.

I visited transcity orchid paradise previous week to buy a plot in there, and got quite surprised that 95 percents of plots were sold out and families are also living their happily. Also I got shocked to see that this project have all world class facilities and amenities. I

I buyed a residential property at trans gardenia in 2015 and currently lives there. Their is lot's of greenery in my society and also have all proper amenities. It's an ideal location for families and well connected with all major location of bangalore.

I bought a plot in trans gardenia in 2014 & currently I live here. Here you have all the basic facilities and also connectivity is really good. This place is also surrounding with lots of greenery and also it have good playing ground for children
