I shalabh goel booked a flat in gulomohar garden Raj nagar extensionGhaziabad phase 2 (P-2-602) by Mr sandeep sale dealer (office in front of society) and give 50000 amount cheque at that time. After that i asked for receipt of my payment then they told after clearance of cheque that they provide recipt next day but after clearance of cheque they give me only time next to next day and not provided receipt till now then sandeep provide the no of person in head office. After request many time he said the flat you booked is defaulted/Cancelled and the process of company is slow. So cancel your flat and claim the refund.He said that he will make the cheque in 2 and 3 days but it around 12 daysno refund received.He and Mr sandeep only provide me the next date. It is a fraudulent activity that will destroy company's reputation in future. Kindly provide assistance in this matter.

I have purchased flat in gulmoher garden before 3 year but not given possession till date and nobody listen my complain. I want discuss to builder but nobody interested to discuss to me . My hardearn money is invested but no reply from builder side

The Projects of this Builder are running very slow.Recently a Project of this Builder which is near DPS(Indirapuram) was sealed by the GHAZIABAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITIES(GDA) as they have not deposited 7 crores of tax amount to GDA.The Buyers of this project are collectively fighting with the Builder in order to get their Possessions.The Buyers of this Project has submitted a complain to the Police station of Vasundhra sec 7 against the Builder.The Customer service is very poor and the staff will talk to you only till booking .And once you pay the the amount of your flat then they will not respond to you properly.The lower level staff is not aware of all the things.And the Builder never talks to the Buyers and explains the real status.This Builder has almost diverted all the funds to the different project so the work is going slow on his Indirapuram Puram Project.Recently media has printed the interviews of the buyers who all are affected by this Builder.
