The location of the project, being in the middle of a busy area, is the biggest complaint of most residents. There is constant noise and chaos as the site is right next to a busy street. There is constant traffic on the stretch outside the complex which makes it difficult to come in and out. The air quality is also affected in the evening. I live with a small baby and it is very frustrating unless you are living on a higher floor. Despite being marketed as a peaceful residential area, traffic noise can be quite disruptive, especially during peak hours.
