Construction quality is very poor, building got so many cracks within a year and also not good quality in fixtures. Don't get cheated by this builder. Builder didn't keep the promises which he has given at the time of buying. In our apartments, There is no separate motors for each blocks and no separate sumps for each block and also no septic tank for each block. Totally not worth.:
