Review On Sumangali Homes, Chennai

I have never written any reviews/comments in mouthshut.com.But I used to refer the reviews for each and every product which I am about to buy.This is my first review(please forgive if there is any flaw in the way I deliver:D)

I currently own two flats from the same builder Sumangali Homes - S.Manor(which was couple of years ago). By seeing the quality of materials used and the overall grade of the flat, I again bought one more flat in their another recent project - Grand Rio.

Later I thought of recommending my brother to buy a flat from this builder in their new Project Sunday(saw the advts while driving through Vengaivasal) to my brother who is about to settle in chennai(after serving the nation for 20+years in dehradun), as he was searching for flats near Medavakkam.

I thought of paying a visit to their new project Sunday. To be true, even this project is really appreciable in terms of high standard. I never found any type of issues(keeping in mind both the flats which I already own).

I really want to inform all the people who are looking for flats, to directly go and visit the site and validate the quality by yourself.  Myself, being the customer of sumangali homes for the past few years, I would strongly recommend this builder to those who are looking for an Apartment. I wish the whole team for building such kind of flats in high standards in terms of
