Worst builder. In 2003 we purchased an apartment. It was of very poor quality because he had used hard highly salt/bore water which has resulted in us spending regularly for the upkeep. The builder also in his advertising does not mention this property.We approached him even before taking possession, he promised to rectify once we took possession and never took responsibility, he just washed his hands off and left chennai. Now couple of years he is back in the Chennai market. Beware!
