Sreerosh Properties - Poor Construction

Sree Indira Apartments constructed by Sreerosh properties has been a permanent nightmare. There are about 4 apartments in the Block and they have persistent leaks from the time of construction. Atfer repeated attempts of highlighing to the promoters of Sreerosh properties has not helped much. I have registered a complaint at the time of handover and have sent emails to the MD Sreedharan.

However he has chosen to ignore the problem created by Sreerosh. I'm contemplating taking this to the consumer court to avail justice. All the four apartment owners are facing leaks within the building from the time of construction.

The Owners have made a representation to the Builder, however he has chosen to conveineintly ignore this complaint.
