Please don’t book the flat with this builder. I am just middle class flat owners purchased flat in Moshi and work stop since one year builder doesn’t bother at all. I also heard most of the projects of this builder problem before or after possession. Reason of posting this to save you nothing else. We have huge pressure and depression because of this fraud builder

We have a flate at Sonigara excluzee.there was a havy leakage in flate Their construction quality is worst.they just want money after that thy will not consider you.If you have a pure money.. don't ever buy any projectsfrom sonigara builders.
