They are making projects only for HNI clients and there very less opportunity for the low income group.This builder or group is very much suitable to those people whose income are very high and for HNI or NRI client's .

I have experienced a bad interactions because they(staff) will ask you about your income and if it does not suits or fits to their parameters they will not share any information related to their projects.
