THESE GUYS ARE UNBELIEVABLE. Don’t even trust a word what they say. I am supposed to have my Villa handed over to me by Jan 2015. From December my Home Loan due of Rs 11, 000 is nailing me. Plus I have paid 14 Lakhs and Bank paid 11 Lakhs(Amount paid in Full). Still all I see is a Basement and 4 Pillars. God only knows when they will finish my Villa. Customer Service headed by Mr. Ravichandran is mouthful of LIES.

Better burn your money than giving a penny to these guys. Total Stress, Worthless and Waste of money and time is what you will end up with.

Preparing to legally jack this team. Nastiest decision ever made was choosing these buggers.

END – Moral of the story – IF YOU WANT TO BUY A HOUSE, AND IF YOU ARE A TYPICAL INDIAN MIDDLE CLASS GUY FANTASIZING TO SOME HOW BUY A HOUSE WITH HOME LOANS AND OTHER STUFFS. YOU BETTER DIE OR APPROACH RRP. BOTH WAYS IT’S THE SAME. THEY WILL KILL YOU!
