Fake promises with poor quality construction

To begin with, avoid buying property from Romell group.

If at all you end up buying make sure it is ready to move flat with OC.( Especially if you are living on rent). The sales pitch will never match the date you receive the OC.

Moreover when you try to contact the head office, they just ignore you. The only time they contact is when they want to ask for money. Inspite of paying the instalments in time I got the possession one year later than the promised date. I lost almost 6 lakhs on rent because of this delay.

After shifting also i received broken bathroom window and tiles, which they never repaired and the support staff was extremely rude and tried to pin the fault on me.

The whole experience, especially after paying a crore was terrible. I felt like a fool and a beggar after coughing up a crore. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else
