I booked a plot in Roha megacity from its office in Vashi they didn't give possession for two years and always made excuses then I stopped paying emi , thank God I didn't pay full amount otherwise I would be in a great trouble, when I asked them to repay my money they told me that they will cut 25 percent money as I want to quit then I said that this is their fault and not mine then only they give me post dated cheque and that too for one year after ..they are fraud please be aware from these crooks
