Very bad service, no response, it's very disappointing, after giving all installments, seriously it's shame and needs everybody to speak..

Keshnanad property booked in 2018 , till only 30 %work completed and now it has been stopped completely.

Project design and location is really good but builder is not customer friendly.

I bought flat and after 1.5 years I notice that they changed the design without even informing me, which no one will accept.

now I don't have any choice, but thought to put it in public forum so that atleast it will help to new buyers to take a right call.

It has total of 8 buildings out of that 2 are ready possesion and other buildings are under construction.

The grounf water level is high as compared to other areas of Wagholi.

The builder is a trusted name in real estate market and is member of CERDAI METRO Pune

It has option of 1, 1.5, 2 BHK and price starts from 30L.

So if you are looking for true homes in Wagholi then this is your destination.
