They sell and give possession of flats without water connections !!! You won't get water for years ! You then have to live like in Jhopadpattis ! They just cheat buyers and treat them like pests after they get their money! Do not buy any property from Raunak Developers!

Pathetic experience, misleading promises and commitments are given initially. Firstly the coordination and communication between their internal management team is not clear, that makes the owner of the flat suffer. We booked a flat in 2020 in Raunak Kalyan West and still we haven’t got possession, even when all the formalities are completed. Highly unqualified CRM’s and RM’s Sarita Parab, Gaurav Gupta and Manish have made the process of possession a great mess for us with their false statements and the way they speak and later they don’t stick to their words.Highly

not recommended as there is no standard disciplined pattern of working.

Raunak team dont adhere to their sales stage commitments..Once you book in raunak projects you will get new surprises quite frequently..highly not recommended !!!

No business ethics!! I have booked my flat in 2019 in one of their project and very less progress has been done due to Covid 19 excuse. Now they have relaunched same project for less price per unit and I am bearing loss of approximately Rs 5 lacs because they keep changing base prices. Ideally if we book early then we should have advantage in terms of price. I did request them to reduce my flat price and it seems sales person is not in mood to help. Be careful with their sweet words. First they will push you to register flat and ensure to bind you in sales agreement. I am feeling cheated and frustrated due their price changing tactics.
