Pathetic experience, misleading promises and commitments are given initially. Firstly the coordination and communication between their internal management team is not clear, that makes the owner of the flat suffer. We booked a flat in 2020 in Raunak Kalyan West and still we haven’t got possession, even when all the formalities are completed. Highly unqualified CRM’s and RM’s Sarita Parab, Gaurav Gupta and Manish have made the process of possession a great mess for us with their false statements and the way they speak and later they don’t stick to their words.Highly
