Not Recommended - Builder not walking the talk

I had a very very bad experience with this builder 4 months ago. First of all, you have to note that the Builder is not a experienced person - done very limited projects and doesn't even have much to show on his web site. Has done only 3 -4 projects.

Builder has serious integrity issues - not walking the talk. There were lot of deviations reported on a legal advice, construction over estimated and builder is over proud about certain aspects which I do not think it is worth to be so much proud about. Lacks courtesy to inform customers about all his deviations initially and the customers end up spending lot of money and energy to get disappointed and surprised on every step taken.

While the builder expects his customers to adjust and accomodate for ALL deviations he has with so many reasons, the same level of professional courtesy is not shown while dealing with price negotiations. Many customers get subjected to a situation which looks like they dont get enough justification for whatever deviations/malpromises that they subjected to/discover themselves.

Not at all recommended. Go for some other builder who can be professional and knows how to deal with buyers.
