I currently stay at vasai and in a building created by ram rahim, I am disliking it because of the possession period they take and the quality of construction is also poorI can say so because I am myself a civil engineer, the fact is the per sqft rate is high plus the services after sales is also not really upto the mark. thank you.

His building are very attractive and are made in a unique way so that the people attract tho his building is quite expensive but he gives us the better facilities than any other builder in vasai west. Hey have a different idea and a unique way of making house or building so according to be he is the best builder in vasai

Nowadays people think that where to invest their money  so almost they invest there money in buying flats because in future the rate of flats increases and they get a good profit

My dad wanted to invest money in flats so my friend recommended me ram rahim builders so I just visited the site in vasai evershine area is on of the well developed area so I took information and I came to know that ram rahim builders have many projects as I visited the site I was happy by seeing the work of the building and the interior of the flats are well and good the infrastructure of building is very well the quality of the materials is of high quality

so I think m taking a right decision in investing my money

There are various number of Builders in Mumbai city.

People today are investing more money in buying flats, shops etc.Because buying good flat in good area from good builder increase profit from their investment.

Hence I regularly visit vasai area due to my college at vasai.

In vasai evershine area is best for every purpose near to station has mall with multiplex & mcdonalds.

In evershine more than half projects are of ram rahim builders.I like their design of buildings & their quality in construction of building.

They also provide ammenties like furniture, modular kitchen etc.They are best in its product & service in Vasai city.Recommended if you want to buy flat in vasai area.
