Please don't buy from this builder Raja housing limited, they only know how to take out your all money and invest it somewhere else.

They will delay handover, will change most of the part what will be shown to you at their own project brochures, they will not complete the project for minimum 4-5 years, will not respond to thousands of emails from customer, MD will not even come to meet anyone of you even after delaying project years after years, SALES team, CUSTOMER relation team all are big big liers looks like they get special training to lie and ghost away.

If you want to invest and suffer for life then go ahead.

Go to any of their executed project and meet any residents over there you will get clear picture of RAJA housing,

Their strategies - removing google account of their own projects just to get rid of customer reviews, take signing copy from customer so that they cannot put negative reviews, not replying emails for months and after that will reply saying "will come back to you" or "not possible as per management ", will deploy maximum 5-10 labours in entire project that also will come to work on weekends when customer visits mostly, even after handover they will continue the same strategy of work and you will have to live with bunch of workers casually roaming around, making noises indefinitely... NIGHTMARE!!!!

Horrible horrible experience after investing in their project. this guys from top to bottom including the MD Raja Dutta should be put into JAIL as they are doing money laundering after taking money from customers.

From Raja ritz Avenue.They changed the entire layout of the bathroom after my friend booked it and never informed. The actual construction is totally different than what was given in the plan at the time of booking. On reaching out to the team about the issue, they very bluntly responded saying they change the plan as per their convenience and were not even ready to understand the issue. Worst customer service. Horrible experience overall.

I have been patient about lot of things. Thiere is lot of incompetence and issues buying property from these guys.

1 - Sales commitment - It isn't aligned to many things on what I got as the final output

2 - Technical team - I haven't seen such a worst technical team. Bunch of hooligans am telling you

3 - CRM team - powerless

4 - Owners - Incompetence starts from here top down all through

Issues:

• Seepage issues still persists

• TODAY HEIGHTS OF ISSUES. WATER CONTAMINATION WITH STP DUE TO NEGLIGENCE BY RHL. KIDS HAVE FALLEN ILL

• Bathroom and wooden flooring(for which these guys got additional money inspite of paying already) isn't levelled

• Terrace isn't levelled and water stagnant issues

• Electricity tripping issues

• No painting and cleaning during handover. WORST HANDOVER.

• Plan of pipes and what is given as a plan doesn't match

• Commitment of road and clubhouse and other items didn't happen even today

• New surprises everyday with some plan moments

• Disconnects between sales- technical-owners

• Compensation mentioned in the sale document isn't oblidged, but giving document about readiness on areas like club house, roads is a problem for them

Ask anything they will say management decisions and the management is clueless

These guys think they are doing a favour to us to attending basic issues.

Disappointed to the core. If you are a buyer, please reach out to me before buying.

Booked a flat in raja housing, good quality of construction & they delivered on time my flat. these people are doing good.

My money was invested on apartment would be always a great way to get good returns .

I recommend to get flat from these people.

I have already tried a lot of apartments in Bangalore , no were I get this peacefull environment . Tenant friendly maintenance cost and good service , I'm now in love with raja sannidhi apartments ,

Spacious 3 bhk apartment , with 2 floors

1 bhk at ground and 2bhk on the 1st floor

All the rooms have a beautiful view balcony also

Last week I had visited Raja Ritz Avenue which is in Hoodi Circle next to my office SAP, projects seems promising and construction has come out good.

I saw there Mock up flats, it seems to be quite impressive .but they didn't allow me to see the actual flat stating safety reasons, which I wanted to see that was the only concern .

Rest everything looks fine, thinking to go ahead investing in this project .

I’m one of the happiest customer of Raja housing. CMD Raja Suchindra is one of the kind person I have seen in the real estate business.They do the business very transparent and straight forward with ethical values. I have a different opinion on real estate owners but after meeting him I realised there are still few people who stand on their word.If any one looking for villas / apartments I recommend the properties from raja housing, for sure you can see the difference in quality, commitment and transparency in price.Ty v much sir. We have bought properties from some other builders no one have given the legal documents as a handy in spiral binding.Raja Suchindra sir sent an hard copy of all legal documents with spiral binding to my home.This is how Raja housing builders are way different from others.

There is one project which this group is going to launch in whitefield which the land belongs to the KIADB and allotted to them dubiously so be careful before you invest in the project.

This project may be both commercial and residential type of integrated developments to attract investors and I believe they have tied up with SJR group for development of the said project.

I had booked a flat in Brunton block in 6th floor and sofar my experience with builder and project is really good. First thing is the location which is very close to Meenakshi mall, and to be honest the construction quality is equivalent to Sobha or Prestige and last thing is the price which is very reasonable.  Within the project apart from all amenities shopping complex is getting constructed which will definitely boost the capital value. This builder is known for their reputation for many decades and this project received OC as well. In total it's a total value for money.

I am an owner in the Raja Aristos apartment. My experience with the sales/customer service people has been extremely cordial and satisfying. They have been true to their word and have delivered everything that they committed to me.

The construction quality of the flat is very good. I have not experienced major flaws in the house and minor changes were looked after by the builder before handing the flat to me.

Overall, the living experience is very good and I can recommend this society to anyone without hesitation.

I am enjoying the Service at Raja Sannidhi  Apartment at Begur Koppa Road, Kammanahalli Village, Begur Hobli, Near Eagle Ridge Resort, Bangalore .

My Apartment No: D - 102, which recently I have become a tenant of Raja Sannidhi Apartment,  facilities and amenities are good. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. As a tenant I highly recommended this project.

I have booked in flat no FI - 15 at Raja Aristos, that is close to my office, as well as for daily requirements it's closer. After some time we meet with many other owners. Overall the experience till date with many is good. Their response rate is good and construction quality/concept is really good.crm team always clarified our doubts so always felt confident about Raja Housing Ltd.Construction place is pretty good compared to some big builders in that area.

I  am from Hyderabad and for my job I shifted to Bangalore. I was living in rented house but as time went, its little bit difficult for us to manage with our guests and all. So I thought to buy a house and I searched and visited many projects and did not find a good home in my budget. Lastly I contacted the broker, he suggested me a flat in raja sannidhi. I visited and it was suiting my recruitment also it has  all the amenties .so I booked a flat .It’s always good to buy a flat rather than being in a rented apartment.

I visited a project Raja Helix, Bilekahalli from Raja Housing Ltd. I saw the construction quality that was good and the commitment they have done with the customer have been full filled.I was also happy to know that OC was available for the project, though it was a project of very few units I had to freeze any decision of buying the flat due to the single unit available & orientation problem I was forced to drop my purchase.

Hi, I am working near bannerghatta road, We were looking for an apartment in & around bannerghatta road, as it is closer to my workplace. I explored some more options and finally went ahead with Raja Aristos . I have gone through the client reviews in this website. With regard to the above issue, I consulted a few lawyers & all the lawyers gave the same opinion stating that it is a dispute between the landowner & his family, so the builder apartments are safe for purchase. Based on that opinion I have booked the flat no: SI -8
