Raheja builders so well known and famous all over Mumbai are the best builders but worst people to talk to. Raheja industries expect highly educated & experienced people to work with them. But they dont have any respect and care for their employees. At the beginning they pay well and later they disagree to continue to pay that amount & end up decreasing the salary. The behavior of the higher authorities towards the staff is very bad. All that Raheja's have is money & attitude. It will be better for them if they begin respecting even the middle class people so that even they can earn respect.

Nowadays many builders are there in mumbai and so it has become difficult to select proper and reputated builders.

This builders is best because when I was gone to my friend house his dad is contractor in this and so he tooked me to see construction.

It's construction is very nice and big.I was very happy because I learnt many things from there.The workers were also so good and hardworking.

They used latest techiques and good machineries.The infrastructure is world famous and they also privides facilities like swimming pool, garden and lift.

The rate of flats are very resonable and many big big projects are under construction by this builders.so it was my best experience in life.

Raheja builders are very confident about their work and even the sites show that they work very well to get top class finish in all their buildings and housing.

But recently, while working with them, I have been facing a lot of issues like late payment and even scams. Theyre very late to give the posession. It is sad to know that. This fault in only in the NCR one. Otherwise it is very nice
