The R. R builders led by its proprietor B. Poorna sekhar reddy is the most unprofessional encountered.

He has two projects in Chikkalsandra (Ankappa layout) Sai Shiva residency and Garudadri enclave.

1. He will lure into committing some money for the flat.

   
   




2. Will not give you proper documents to get loan from bank and will make you run around at the time of registration with unjust demands for monely

   
   




3. Will not deliver a finished flat.

   
   




4. Most of his crew are a bunch of drunkards.

   
   

I am yet to encounter someone who had a pleasant experience with this builder.  Please avoid this builder at any cost. For genuine feedback please inquire at the residents of Sai Shiva residency.
