Worst builder

Review On Qutbi Builders and Developers Private Limited, Mumbai

This is the worst builder in our area. He had been given contract seven years back and still the work haven't been completed.

The builder mapping and charting of the building changes every year, so the work is very slow. Even the workers working here are very less.

We had suggested hint o increases the labours but he didn't listen us. Also we had given him few suggestions he just ignore most of the time. The manager don't visit the site regularly. Even in holidays labours don't come at all. Only half the work is completed and that to partially. There is no electric and water supply available. We had given him the money of contract at the start so now he is not returning it back and we can't approach other builder. I suggest avoid giving contract to this builder.
