We bought our residence at Puravankara as few of our colleagues had already shifted over there. By then, we had only seen their online advertisements and brochures; how they described their apartments was pretty impressive. We decided to go with Puravankara and moved in. Living here is a paradise for any luxury lover. These luxury apartments are indeed as premium as was described. The finishing, furnishing, lighting, space, and ventilation will make you feel like being at a foreign 7-star hotel. The entire ambience justifies the experience we were promised before, and I am lucky to call this my home.

By the time we shifted to our new apartment, we were doubtful if the experience would be as great as was promised. All our worries were gone the moment we entered our society. Thankfully, all the amenities were operational – the swimming pool was clean and working, the community lawn was neatly furnished, the sports court was inviting us for a quick tennis match, and the gymnasium had all the equipment and latest machines available. I am proud to be associated with Puravankara.

The location where my apartment is located is close to the city center. Our entire neighborhood is a home to multi, luxury residential projects. The apartment complex is located right in the middle of everything, with all amenities available for the residents. The airport is close by and is perfect for my husband, who frequently travels for work. The gated community has secured and helpful staff, all ready to help you whenever you need it. I do not have to think twice before sending my kids down to play in the play areas with other kids. My neighbours are all very friendly, and we enjoy ourselves a lot during different festivities together. You won’t regret buying a home here!

I was planning to buy an apartment that was not just beautiful but could also allow me to take care of my fitness needs. I am glad I chose Purva Palm Beach as my home because of the large apartment size compared to other constructions in the area. There are tons of facilities that come with the complex, like the clubhouse, gym, snooker, yoga room, aerobics room and more. Shifting to a Purvankara complex has been like a dream come true. The truly open spaces, along with different amenities, was lacking where I used to live. Getting out of the central and congested area and shifting to this property fully surrounded by nature seemed impossible. But, I got a great price on an apartment and did not think twice before taking it. I love spending time at home and have made many new friends in the apartment complex. Whether it is relaxing in the pool after a long day at work or just hitting the gym, I am amazed at how well Puravankara properties are kept running. I feel I got one of the best deals of my life!

After coming back to India from the US, I was looking for an investment opportunity. I had a lot about Puravankara developer and decided to take a look at one of their properties Purva Palm Beach. It has huge open spaces with all the luxurious facilities that you can think of. The beach-theme property provides a relaxed and calming feel to the entire place. I had lived in Bengaluru for a while before I moved to the US. Now that my visa is expiring, I want to shift to Bengaluru and was looking for a flat. One of the best builders in Bengaluru offering high-end flats is Purvankara. I have visited a few properties in Bengaluru owned by my friends and relatives and was impressed with their planning and quality of constructions. Every property is unique and offers amazing amenities that are lacking in properties by other developers. Now that I am looking to buy a flat myself, I am looking at many upcoming properties by them around the city. I am confused as I really liked three out of them. We have been living here and all we can say is, that Purva has pulled off a great task this time! With exotic beach themed indulgences nestling in dedecated land, this place is amazing in every aspect.

Back in 2017, they have been my life saver, when I was in dire need of a 2BHK to keep my family, they lend me a helping hand and offered me Interest free Home Loan to buy myself a home, I have always wanted for me.
