Dear buyer I was stucked after purchase the property in Puranik fiore bavdhan, As per the agreement June 23 is possession Date with one year extension period means June 24 .Now they are refused to give the compensation, CRM team not responding. Also how many extension they have taken from rera , they are not going to open on it. After check on rera site possession shown on June 26. So I request to all the buyer think before choose puraniks . I stucked to home loan with living now in rented property . So almost 50k am paying.

They don’t give refund if you cancel the booking. They talk sweetly initially and you get trapped.

Sales team don’t let you know about cancellation intentionally.

Very bad experience with sales team.

They gives false commitments while taking token amount, can't give any single minute time to read the form before signing a form. Once we sign the form and later we moved to another project then they never give the token amount refund giving reason that the amount is non refundable you have already signed the form.

Buyers don't go for Puranik's projects they are making fool to most of the customers. Even Maharera authority can't do anything... they all are liers...

BUYERS LITERALLY IF THEY GIVE A FREE FLAT THEN ALSO DON'T GO WITH PURANIK'S PROJECTS..??

Pathetic builders. We're owners in their established Puraniks Abitante society. They had promised water storage and what not at the time of sale. When the society got handed over, none of that was done. Because of that water bill from tankers has been added to maintenance. Plus, the society goons take the same 12k Maintainence from 1bhk too and same from 3 bhk folks not as per sqft. The walls are so thin that if you have common bedroom wall, you won't be able to sleep from noise from the adjoining bedroom of a different flat. Same issue from upper floors. STP cleaning every month still not enough.

The area hasn't developed since past 4 years. I don't see to developing in near future as well. If you go to sell the flat you will be in loss by atleast 12 lacs on the price you've already paid to interest to bank+ sale payment. You will feel stuck. This flat is not even worth 30 lacs. Let alone 40 or 50. Don't make a mistake of giving your hard earned money to this builder.

I have very bad experience with Puraniks sales team, they given multiple commitment at the time of booking flat but later very bad response in case if you cancel the booking, still I am struggling for my refund.

Do no fath on Puraniks. Very bad experience trust me.

Peaceful place to reside. No pollution. Beautiful Greenery around the project. Good connectivity. Amazing hospitality . And good location.

Very pleasant and peaceful location with no chaos around. I have visited Abitante Fiore and I am planning to book as early as possible

A project by Puranik Builders and located in Bavdhan. Good for family and lots of recreational offerings for working professionals
