Land Owners K. Chandrashekar Reddy, Amaresh Reddy, Prabhakar, Revanna and K Narayana reddy had formed a layout in 2015 and sold the layout plots to few of the people, please find the attachment of 2 layout plans, tampered and sold to different customer.
After the death of Mr Prabhakar. King Pin Revanna, chandrashekar Reddy, K Narayana Reddy, Amaresh reddy devised a plan to resell the formed layout by providing GPA to Pruthvi Asset.
Pruthvi Asset( K. chandrashekar Reddy, Ragavendra and Manjunath) publishes in local news paper regarding any concern is getting into GPA agreement, inorder to ensure that in future if any legal issue arises, they can escape after selling the plot. The mastermind behind this Mr Revanna, because he has done the same in one of the layout in budigere cross, since the land EC does not reflect what the plots sold.
Now Pruthvi Asset group erases the whole layout and forms a new layout on the old layout. He forges the layout plan and photo shops the village panchayat seal, as the govt had stopped the panchayat from approving the layout plan from 2018.
I understand that many people have invested their hardearned money, Please form a group and file an FIR under section 420 non bailable, against all these people.
Karnataka govt has introduced e Katha to ensure such malpractice are avoided, this one classic example how developers cheat ignorant middle class, even the lawyer cannot verify all this issues
