Most of the projects are developed on the forged papers, you need to hire lawyers who are actually into property verificiation. My lawyer had taken all the certified copies from the sub registar and checked with the document provided by this developer, there were lot of discrepancy in the paper provided. Please ensure you check the orginal papers and validate from the certified copies. I had to with draw from registration in the last moment
