Provident Housing

So, I am seeing a lot of reviews here but trust me this is the only review you need. I am staying in this apartment from last 1 year, right after it was handed over by the builder. So, first of all this is a budget property with amenities that works. So if you are expecting lavish garden area or grand sit outs, this is not for you. But if you are looking for a peaceful, cozy home than this can be it. Apartments are on the smaller side, so if you are a working person or a working couple than smaller rooms really help with the morning rush. You do not have to run around much. People are good. Specially the location, Jakkur lake is literally 400 mtrs away, which is really great for morning jogs. In some apartments like mine, in a clear day you can see Jakkur lake and Nandi hill at the same time. The parking is narrow, specially the basement. But I navigate with real body on frame SUV regularly. So if you are skilled, it should not be a problem.

In terms of issues, Yes water TDS is high, Duh! Welcome to Bengaluru. In last 10 years of me being in this city, I literally has gone from Tere Naam first disc to Tere Naam second disc. So to be honest its not only this property issue but of-course things can be better. Electricity fluctuation is there, as these locations are yet to become mainstream, to get more attention from the electricity board. Well that is the whole point, right. I got myself an power influx protected Inverter and problem solved.

And of course the society and management is new, it will take upto 5 or 6 years for the processes to be fully matured. Till then a potential water crisis in inevitable because things are not as simple as they seem. Lot of real politics are involved for a gated society to settle down. Apart from that life's good here!

If you are reading any negative reviews, then they are probably outbursts. Bee hive formation or the famous Pegion problem, these things are a part of life. There is one Facility Manager for 250 residences, so expect a few follow ups on issues. And I have seen similar issues in A grade properties also. So that's there.

Overall good place to be, good place for investment. Not a Utopia by any means, but not a Dystopia as the reviews make it look like.

Living in Provident neora for the past year has been a great experience. The apartment has excellent cross ventilation and natural light, making the space feel airy and refreshing throughout the day. The amenities provided are well-maintained, offering a comfortable lifestyle. Water availability has never been an issue, ensuring hassle-free living. Overall, it’s been a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-ventilated and well-equipped home.

I have booked a flat here on 2022 jan. yes there were issues like completion of project as per stated date and hand over its due to totally Covid and due to OC delayed. Since 2024 February m staying here no such issues complaints. Association is working 24/7 to keep apartment healthy in all the ways no such water issues arrived last year or till today we have sufficient borewells and TDS being checked regularly. I don’t know why people rated low and commented bad. FOR A MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY OR UPPER CLASS FAMILY “PROVIDENT NEORA” IS THE BEST.

Provident Neora offers well-designed apartments in a prime location near Manyata Tech Park. The project has good amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, making it ideal for small families and professionals. The construction quality is reliable, and the community feels safe and well-maintained.

While the space could be slightly better utilized, it still provides great value for money. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live in Bangalore!

Would definitely recommend!

I have been living in Provident Neora for 1 and half years now.... And find it a best place to live in current situation of Bangalore. Yes there wer issues in obtaining the OC but end of the day we have all received and happily living.

Till now I haven't faced any issues with water and electricity and the community. Yes there are power fluctuations but that's not in any one's control. Nevertheless I have power supply and water 24/7... The people around here are very kind and friendly... Schools, Offices and markets are very convenient here and the security is very good as well. I would blindly suggest any one to buy or invest in here as it a booming locality and your investment grows much in upcoming days...

I have purchased a flat in Provident Kenworth Hyderabad thinking of a trustworthy builder, but the true face is totally different. Please be careful of wrong verbal commitment by sales team. Once you enroll with them the CRM team will not be aware of these false promises. Once you're registered and on board you will realize the real trap, for example:

Quality and standards of work

Worst maintaining amenities

Politics with resident

Irresponsible management and employees like Preem and Prithvi

Irrelevant contractors like CACS

Mixing of savage and drinking pipelines

No proper water supply,

Security management issue,

Most of the CCTV is not working,

Lifts are not working as AMC got expired

Showing Huge amount of maintenance dues but when you ask how then they don't have details.

In the name of TATA we purchased but most of the work done by some local low quality vendors.

STP smell across the society, STP is passing through towers

Back Up generator is installed just below your tower so that you can feel the vibration.

There are many more such issues

Suggestions: be careful while purchasing from Provident and prepare yourself with the question and their commitment how they are going to manage these big society.

As a guest, I entered and parked my car with the guidance of the security guard, later I returned with my work and saw the car was locked which shocked me. I asked the security politely and he said you have to pay a fine of Rs.500. I asked'why?'. They don't have an answer only thing is just pay 500Rs. Later escalated to main security Deepak Das. Even after hearing the full facts and mistake accepted by the security guard at the block building, Deepak Das bloody bugger, with adamant behavior asked me to write an Apology letter or pay a fine.

I tried to make them understand decently. Deepak forced me to write an apology letter to unlock the car.

I wrote a letter, not an apology, it is a complaint letter. He doesn't even have basic knowledge to read simple English and he is a charge for society.

I called to Association members to interfere in this to resolve it.

They are trying to escape with the reason'I am Driving' and'pay fine go'.

I am ready to face any extent of investigation.

If you'THE ASSOCIATION KEY MEMBERS' don't have money to maintain the society try to source it from owners.

ADVISING THE WRONG THING TO VISITORS AND LOOTING THE MONEY IS NOT ETHICAL.

I strongly advise all not to move or purchase property in this society not just bcz of the above issue. The property had many legal issues from day one. Poor maintenance along with it.

It's the worst sales team . I had purchased the flat in September 2022. The building tax was to be paid from 2013 they told me they will refund antha they haven't refunded from June 2022. How much time can we follow up for our money.

I was supposed to get possession in 2021, I still have not heard back from them. Their CRM team will not even respond to your calls or emails. Big liars. They wont have proper documents ready and they promise to give wrong timelines and take the money from customers. Later we have to run behind them file case in RERA, Consumer court to get back your money. Mental torture for us. Hopeless builders cheating in the name of Purvankara.

Dear Friends,

Never get associated with this provident Housing limited in any of the cities. These people are fraudulent and never honour their commitment.

Only here in this field to suck the money like blood from the innocent middle class people.

I have owned a property at Hyderabad named provident Kenworth and to get the property registration I literally struggle with the management.

The construction is not worth even near to municipal contractor works and these buggers are least bothered.

Don't get into trap of these fellows they will screw you like anything, all we middle class people will sign agreement document keeping faith on these blood suckers thinking that they will provide world class buildings with amenities.

The document is framed in such kind a common man never can fight for justice ever. You will find these buggers real face while you take the keys of your flat

You can read the stories of Provident Kenworth how they are screwing the residents and the worst services and police complaint filed against these buggers for playing with health of residents.

Never fall in trap with these idiots, this is my sincere request.

I used to be a tenant here

Quality of construction is poor and no power backup. Mushrooms inside bathroom. Wood quality not good. Frequent shortage of water. No response from helpline.

Especially about the owner of Tower9, Flatno 209

Don’t ever rent this flat as owner is not faithful person. He won’t return your advance amount while vacating. He committed that there is power backup and there is no power backup. He committed that there is covered parking even before parking wasn’t allotted. But when parking is allotted we got open parking. Carbon used to emit from generator pipes due to which Flat became completely black and he insists us to paint the flat for this reason. No ventilation in this flat due to which our bed and other items got damaged.

Suggest you to verify with neighbor flats 210, 214 and others to know what happened while we are vacating before renting this property tower9, Flatno 209

This peopel are looting public by showing same flate to all and collect booking amount they force u to pay 2lakh immediatly if u refuge they can book for 30k also once money paid they never return it.i think they have cheated many peopel plz dont trust provident n this type of scam grup

Provident Sunworth Rays of Dawn Apt in Mysore road has 1200 units+ in Phase 2. Provident team boasted of L&T Prefab construction, but the quality is worse than normal Tier 2/3/3 builders as you can see from the picture posted herewith in-spite of upper floor being vacant. Never buy any property from this builder.

This is one of the worst apartments.Gutter like smell will start to come from both bathrooms every evening until morning. This smell will give you sleepless nights. Horrible septic or drainage smell which you can tolerate.This will make you curse yourself for buying flat in this comunity. Please donot waste your hard earned money bu buying flat in Provident Sunworth.

If every thing seems good u get stuck in the end when u buy provident sunworth projects, you pay in full for a ready to move appartment , by the time u get the appartment you will start paying the EMI without living there and keys are still with the builders with no OC.

Worst experience for the first time from a brand builder.During drop time, the existing booked cab driver runs away, all co-ordinators on getting a cab stops responding leaving it on the provident sunsworth property people to take care.Even they are not able to get a cab booked for more than two hours, no use talking the concern to people there who keeps giving assurance and putting on each other to manage.This is the worst experience questioning the credibility of the builder.

Really having a bad experience with Provident kenworth at Rajendranagar. Unable to justify my self why I took property with such a worst management . Facing a lot of delay in registration process, we booked the flat in 2016 .

New request for payments keep on coming I don't understand what is the issue but did a very wrong thing by buying property from landowner share which I was not aware will be so diversified from the builder share at the time of registration.

Not at all happy and disappointed spending my hard earned money .
