Prime Associates

I had recently visited the prime associates as my colleagues told me that that a block B flat is vacant within the building. I visited the place that is close to Darbhanga dairy farm below co-operative bank on dima road, initially once I entered into their workplace the smell of cigarette was on the extent of suffocation for non-smokers. The perspective of builder was nothing.

However once when I introduced myself and told regarding the actual flat range being unsold. I don’t think I will recommend it to anybody. They have the worst customer care service I have ever known. At first there was no term and condition but as soon as I made a booking, all kinds of terms and conditions were imposed on me. It was like I am their slave.

One of my friend Rocky Saxena booked flat in Prime Group and he faces several issues, One of them I would like to share with you guys.

As Prime Group considers it's customers as slaves and they think that they can do anything with customers whatever they want.

They have very bad customer services.

My Friend Rocky Saxena booked a flat with Prime Group, we are considered as granted. They have mentality that customer can't do any thing once they have booked flat after paying their hard earned money.

He booked a flat in Prime Group at  Panvel city project. From the day, He booked His flat with them, they started considering Him as slave. They put on any terms and conditions on to customer.

They just give instructions to customer  need to follow them in any case. Customer don't have any option.They are not bothered at all for customer's convenience.

They can delay in anything  and they can do anything what they want, but customer don't have any right to ask anything.

If we have invested in Prime Group, we are gone nobody is coming to save us.

You can't reach to anybody with your grievance to share with or to give feedback.

I would never recommend anybody to buy any property of them.

They should be punished for such bad pathetic behaviors towards customers

I am ravi had recently visited the of prime associates as my collegues told me that that a block B flat is vacant in the building.

I visited the place which is near darbhanga dairy below co-operative bank on dima road , at first  when i entered into their office the smell of ciggarete was on the level of suffocation for non smokers. then also as i was a buyer i had need for a flat, i consolled myself. when enquired about the flat the builder said that there is no flat available.

The attitude of builder was nothing short of a don .. but when i introduced myself and told about the particular flat number being unsold he told that that that flat is being kept by the owner...
