This builder sucks! 7 years of the project start and still counting. Can not believe the tolerance the flat buyers have!

This builder can compete with Namma Metro and even would beat them in delivery.

I booked a flat in June 2011, work is still not completed, club house is still not ready, exit gate is still not ready, parking floors are simple concrete flooring, which is not at all acceptable in any parking area where the running length is more than 250 m.

The builder is lazy and doesn't behave professionally once the sale is complete, once money has gone into their pocket, asks people to stay in the flat without occupancy certificate.

Till date the building - Casa Serene is not ready!

Bought a flat at Casa Serene apartments belonging to these guys, had to wait a good 6 years before I could get the flat handed over. The flat is still not complete though, pending works are getting delayed by months. The builder is very slow and non responsive once the sale is complete.

Lot of maintenance issues post purchase in terms of water leakages, stagnant water, electrical issues like equipment becoming obsolete due to electrical shorts. The builder will never respond to you or get things sorted once the flat is sold.

Would suggest you avoid buying the flat and rather buy at some reputed builders. Prices are now pretty much the same compared to the reputed builders but quality of work is highly degraded.
