Poor Quality of workmanship, Unpardonable Delay!

This builder sucks! 7 years of the project start and still counting. Can not believe the tolerance the flat buyers have!

This builder can compete with Namma Metro and even would beat them in delivery.

I booked a flat in June 2011, work is still not completed, club house is still not ready, exit gate is still not ready, parking floors are simple concrete flooring, which is not at all acceptable in any parking area where the running length is more than 250 m.

The builder is lazy and doesn't behave professionally once the sale is complete, once money has gone into their pocket, asks people to stay in the flat without occupancy certificate.

Till date the building - Casa Serene is not ready!
