The real-estate agency, Platinum Foundation, is a farce.(https://platinumfoundation.in).

Everything will seem nice and neat till you decide on a property and handover the advance amount. Once they have the advance at hand, they will NOT pick your calls. Even if they do, they use foul language. They are a bunch of low-class blokes who claim they are the CEO, Manager, Assistant Manager, etc. and approach you, which they are NOT.

I wanted to pull out from the property after I had given the advance amount because of their non-professional behaviour. I had gone to their so called office and told them clearly that I don't want to go further and buy a property because of your extremely bad response on phone and emails. That's when they started abusing me in front of me!

They basically fool you into a property and once they receive the advance, they start playing foul. The lawyer to whom I had taken an opinion on the property clearly told me not to go ahead as she felt the documents weren't clear.Low Class. Fraud. Con-men.

Beware people! PLATINUM FOUNDATION, Annanagar, Chennai, is a highly fraudulent company. In their profile page, they talk about ethics, values, humanity, and what not to attract customers. We had a very bad experience with these guys recently.

We paid an advance of Rs. 10, 000/- towards booking a plot at OMR. When we consulted our advocate with the documents for their opinion, we were told that some important documents are missing and it is unsafe for us to proceed without the mother documents. When Platinum Foundation was consulted on this, they tried to pacify us by saying that such documents weren't required and that they would be given to us after the registration. We sensed a foul play and continued asking them for those documents or to return the advance back. After a long argument, we demanded the money back and were assured by the so-called MD of this foundation that it would be returned to us in 10 days.

But from the very next day, their phones were switched off. Are such guys talking about ethics, values and humanity. Why should anybody forgo their hard-earned money for something that has not been purchased? I wonder how such people flourish or prosper! AS AN AFFECTED CUSTOMER,  I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.
