Peram Group, Visakhapatnam

33 months ago I book a plat in whitefield(plat no.717).I paid 6, 30, 000/-(25% of plat cost)(remaining 75% loan)at the time of plat booking.after LP release peram group register another person.after some arguments peram give agreement to other plat.present they forced me, take refund or take other plat in other phase.at last I prefer to refund with interest.but peram says that we r not giving interest only paid amount to be give after some days.

~3 lakh rupees loss due to invest in peram.

I arrange the paid amount some from PF account, some from personnel loan and some from public with interest by write promissory note.

I loss due to peram mistake.

Mistake done by peram group staff, ~3 lakhs loss to me.

Do not join in peram group as employee or sales person, or buy sites or plots.

Very untrustworthy people

they will use and throw everyone

too much caste feeling, the management liking spooning

many rogues are given power and all of them are womanisers

no security for ladies.

management also dont care when a lady is giving complaint on a womaniser

the managing directors are using very bad words on the staff - nobody cannot tolerate

they are selling same plot to many people - many problems to customers also

all the truth we typed here. we have proofs for every thing

some day will come .then all the truths will burst.

believe me.

if you want a personal experience. it is very painful

The layout is full of down area and rain water staging a dangerous level. Constructions in that area may be dangerous in rainy season. I am enclosing photograph of the condition of area

The worst company with the worst management and marketing agents.

Mr Gupteshwer Rao a marketing agent took 3.5 Lakhs as a booking amount in Aditya Grand 1 for a commercial plot a sold the plot to someone else without informing me. After a year asked me to choose another plot for which i disagree and asked for my refund. For the first 6 months he keeps on telling me that i ll get my money back tomorrow or day after tomorrow but never got it back, so i approached the company direct and they also make me run for 4 months and after daily effort and approach i got my money with the deduction of 10 % i.e. 35000 from my token money which these stupid people said that it is done due to RERA charges. And as i was in need of my money urgently they took a written note that i will not claim any thing against them only then they will give me my cheque.

I suggest plz don't get involved with this company or else you will suffer physically as well as mentally and will loose your hard earned money.

I request everyone, please don't opt for a peram group available anywhere on the planet. These guys don't even care after registration on your concerns. Right from the staff, sales, accounts they pose like best builders in India but the reality is best in manipulation and bluffing the customers. I bought a plot in white fields under the mortgage, a few months back. I have chosen one plot and registered another plot. I had asked them before registration the answer was the selected plot will take another year to complete so they have allocated without out privilege. This is absolutely ridiculous. Now it's been 4 months post registration, the site was not developed even a 30% and paying pre-EMI. They suck our blood and gives cool answers. Especially to Ms. Divya in accounts, she was anononyes cfeature and don't even understand our problems and gives a lecture as she is discussion maker. Lastly To live pleasantly avoid peram group.

It is more than 2 yrs that I had paid the advance for Peram Whitefield project in Vizag and called them multiple times and visited their offices also but until now they have not allotted the promised plot.

They simply do not inform you though they got L.P numbers just because they sell off them for premium prices to others and push you to take left over plots somewhere at the end of the layout.

I bought a flat and gone for agreement last year October .so far they are neither registering nor returning money.same.thing with happens to my friend also who is already cheated .Please do the buy in Peram ventures

They never respond properly.when ever we go to office they will say we are yet to get LP nos this is happening for last one year.This is my hard earned money they are cheating people like us

For some reason we were drop to buy a plot from peram group. With them we reserve a plot and we gave 1 lakh rupees to reserve the plot for us.After one year we decided to drop for that we put a letter to the peram office MVP they forwarded after 2 months we got our money back. 5% they took and rest they return ed.The staff all are very cooperative.

We have purchased one plot in prime location and paid extra 30% on normal plot. Finally during registration time they said plot was changed due to some circumstance  reasons and adjusted to some others. But finally I came to know that those people already sold my plot to some another for high price and cheated me like anything. finally they given unsold plot to me and I accepted since I am not capable to fight with them in court and my cash will be stuck with them for years  if I gone to court.

so I accepted whatever they given. But they are playing with middle class people with wrong commitments and wrong brouchers.

further, Layout Under low level. if raining is there you gone thats it. Refer photographs.

Peram group has good layouts in visakhapatnam. best layout will be whitefield tagarapuvalasa and it is on the national highway. good place to invest

Now, instead of building apartments, realtors are focussing on independent houses and duplex structures in plots close to the city.

Hai friends sharing my experience with peramgroup I like Peramgroup Developers.Because of Few days back I Have seen all peramgroup ventures.but aditya grand I Like that project compare to oher projects Very good place to live and with nice environment. free pollution area.this project located near city.
