Dear Techsupport,

I had purchased a plot in Aditya lahari back in the last month, I had received a registration number also. However since then I am waiting for my documents.

I am clueless why the delay in handing over the documents. I had done 100% aishwaryasingh23ment. my details mentioned below. I was about to purchase another plot in Peram group but due to delayed processing I am losing confidence.

Kindly speed up the and hand over the plot documents ASAP.

Purchased through Srinagar Gajuwaka branch of Peram group.

Total Amount paid: 9.6 lacs INR

Reg. Amount: 4 lacs.

I registered a complaint to peram tech support team. They responded quickly and they resolved my issue on second day after the registration of my complaint. My wife received all the documents from Peram Grop office,

This is major benifit in their services.

It is a good decision to choose Peram group Company. Better deal with professional developers. They may be bit expensive but worth the money and for sure you will not be short charged. Ventures also located near to highways, in future aspect definitely it is tripple benifit. After I gone through all queries around all most developers, I have taken in Grand Elite venture.

All layouts are good and affordable price.All the layouts are vuda approved it seems.If anyone want to invest their money is good but Be careful with Marketing people.Don't pay initially unless you decided to purchase.please check your cibil score before going for loan.
