The worst company with the worst management and marketing agents.

Mr Gupteshwer Rao a marketing agent took 3.5 Lakhs as a booking amount in Aditya Grand 1 for a commercial plot a sold the plot to someone else without informing me. After a year asked me to choose another plot for which i disagree and asked for my refund. For the first 6 months he keeps on telling me that i ll get my money back tomorrow or day after tomorrow but never got it back, so i approached the company direct and they also make me run for 4 months and after daily effort and approach i got my money with the deduction of 10 % i.e. 35000 from my token money which these stupid people said that it is done due to RERA charges. And as i was in need of my money urgently they took a written note that i will not claim any thing against them only then they will give me my cheque.

I suggest plz don't get involved with this company or else you will suffer physically as well as mentally and will loose your hard earned money.
