P dot G , the worst builder

Please don't buy any flats from P dot G , they are one of the worst builder in chennai. They will not finish the project on time. They are cheating their customers. I had a very worst experience with P dot G. Don't waste your money by buying any flats with them. Here I am sharing one of my worst experience with them.

I bought a flat from them , project name "PANCHAVARNA" , i got 2.5 years back. when i was buying the flat they have told me that they will complete the project in 2 months and will complete all amenities in 1 month but now nearly 2.5 years gone they didn't do anything.

My flats was in the same condition when i buy it. Now a days they are not ready to answer to any customers. They are answering like speaking to slaves.All Panchavarna apartment owners got frustrated and had meeting with them. they are just trying to push the customer out of there campus.

The MD is not ready respond to the customers. There are some employees they in sales team name suha, Suh(GM) , Senlvean(GM). There only job is to speak sweetly at first then will show there actual face(will be rude and will not pick the call, and they always use to lie to customers)

Guys, Who really want to buy a dream house. please don't go to P Dot G. It's my kind advice to all.
