I must say that I am fortunate to be a tenant & not an owner here. As already mentioned the best features: Its proximity to OMR and nearby IT Companies (and a Mall which still hasnt become fully operational for over 18-20 months now). But owning an apartment is really frustrating. Opaline might claim to have gym/spa etc. etc. but they havn't planned for a basic broadband connection itself (I feel they had some ulterior motive in forcing everyone to go for Velocity as the broadband provider).


The piped gas is still not functional, neither do we know when its going to be. The maintenance as of now is Rs. 2.5/- per sqft. and likely to be jacked up to Rs. 4.3/- per sqft. from Mar, 2013, which I believe is asking for too much since its nearly 20 KM outside the city. Then there are the minor issues which one faces on a day to day basis and the management does not even bother to get it resolved until some ruckus is created by the residents.

Olympia opaline is charging very high maintenance though they assured less maintenance at the time of booking flat.. Now overdues which are disputed,are debited our corpus account. They are not replying our emails. They try to arm twist

Even to day they have not connected piped gas. They are trying to make profit out of maintenance. The accounts are not handed over to the association.

Hi..I'm here to let everyone kNis what kind of a horrible. Experience we residents and owners are facing and how owners are trapped here ..it was a bful looking vflat n I moved here in the yr 2914 when things were with builder n everytHjng was do...uc n span.no doubted lg it was one of the most prestigious complex with lot f amenities n well maintained.apparently the builder handed over to oooa home owner association in 2015 nthingsare totallyscrewed since then.extremelypoor maintenance and residents are literally threatened by a group of ppl who r board members of association..heavy corruption is happening and owners are threatened to payexoirbitant amounts in the name of contingency amount,vardha fund etc etc apart from huge maintenance that is paid every 3 months in advance.. maintenance per month is abt around 4500 to 6000 rs and the complex has 10 towers with 19 floors n each contains 6 flats..vardhaaa fund is 7 rs per sqft and there is absolutely no justification provided on the need of such high amtfr vardhaaa..inspite of making resident suffer during vardhaaa time..maintenance has been outsourCed to a guy named bluebell which is never heard of in market and apparently we also came to know that a person from association us related to Bluebell which is absolutely not acceptable..residents and owners have been mistreated andverbally insulted on meetings upon asking right questions...we feel extremely trapped and we ebd up paying as good as a huge monthly rent fr a own aptmt.we really need some legal authorities to take severe action on the association and relieve us from this trap.pls help!!!! association has a good number if ppl wHom they bring for voting since they help each other with business deaLs etc..also we have been informed that builder khivraj group has run away without handing over the corpus fund which we are not able to validate ..on the whole,the entire community isi deep n
