As our society member decided to renovate our building we had given him the contract. This builder is used to be very popular. The cost of the contract was too high compared to other builders. The way he implemented the project was not good. Also after eight years the work haven't been completed. The builder don't visit the site regularly. Also the number of workers working here are very less. They don't come for work on every single holiday. We had complained this to the builder but he keeps on ignoring and later on he talked rudely and told that the money won't be refunded if the contract is cancelled. Also the residents of that society have got fed up with the work and had gone to stay on rent. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder.
