MCB developers - utter waste service

A couple of months ago, I used to get frequent calls from this company giving bright promises of site visits to purchase property at a very catching price so that they promised to make us richer by lacs within no time.

Every Saturday we will get calls asking us to come for a site visit. Due to intense pressure from the company, my husband decided to go to their office which is located at 4th Ave, AI Block, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040, After confirming calling their office, a lady warmly welcomed us asking us to come immediately to their office. So my husband reached there by noon. After entering their office, he was surprised that the reception desk was empty.

No one was even aware that a client had come to their office. After waiting there for say half an hour a lady came laughing to herself from inside with a colleague and when my husband asked her that he had called a little while ago, she coolly replied that the person who was supposed to meet my husband left the office already and my husband can come again the next day.

If this is their way to promote land business only God can tell about their fate. With such irresponsible staff I wonder when the company is going to put down its shutter. You must look in the net for their marketing, what all promises and false information is given by them.This is what is actually happening. I suggest this will be your experience if you approach them for land buying.
