In 2014, Maxworth showed my father an empty field, sold a non-existent plot in a so-called Max Residency Phase 5, with a reassurance that the land would be developed soon. It took us more than a decade to finally find out that the land was mortgaged to KSFC and KSFC sold it to someone else. Watch the embedded video to find out more in detail.

Real scammer, took advance for litigated property in IVC road in 2012, amount not refunded yet. Project was max orchid, they made fool of several people. Please be aware.

They are fraud, Please beware. Most of the good reviews are paid reviews. Dont even think of buying property with them. Most of the properties are under litigation. I do not know why strict action is not being taken by government officials against Maxworth, though I have case with RERA against them still no refund. God save India.

As an owner of the plot at Max Pride, Doddaballapur, I have to acknowledge the service oriented mindset of the company right from Mr. Keshav to his staff. Though the plot is done and sold long back, it is heartening to see Mr. Keshav respond positively to any issues being faced by the purchasers of the plot. He met us all and directed his team to extend all required assistance to the plot owners. Really appreciate him and his team going out of their way to support the plot owners. Request Govt of India to take action against Land mafia, Scamartist who sell bogus land and cheat investors , buyers, NRIs etc.

Maxworth Realty India Mr. Keshava K. booked onebogus plots of the land which never belonged to him. He created fake sign boards and duped 100s of customers on this land. There were multple selling on that non-existing land.

I am an Retired Master Chief Petty officer Indian Navy cancelled the booking due to loss of my job and serious health issue.My application was accepted by him and it was promised that money will be refunded back with in 6 months according to company policy but Now 6 years is over still I have not received my principle amount even, but got duped by Mr. Keshava K. Who has cheated 1000s of customers in his various project.

Mr. Keshava's modus operandi is he will collect 30% money from victims on bogus projects or land and use their money. He will continue to say that they will register, but it will never happen. . There are around 100 cases against Keshava K. in local consumer court cases in Bangalore India and also at national level. Not sure how far consumer courts are effective in India.

I have written mail to every level even CM and Governor of Karnataka , Collector and DGP of Karnataka.

I m in process of sending legal notice to him and finally file a case in consumer forum.

I firmly believe on my country judiciary legal system and our police administration, Hon'ble Chief Minister and Hon'ble Governor of Karnataka to intervene in this matter and issue a Guide line to Mr. Keshava K and take legaln action against him.

I m writing a letter to Hon'ble Prime minister, Hon'ble President and Hon'ble defence Minister of India to provide justice to Retire Vetaran
