We had booked 2 plots in Maxworth Reality on 08/12/2013 and 20/12/2013 in project MAX ORCHARDS II plot number 92 and MAX ORCHARDS IIIplot number 580.
Payment mode is cheque(773692) of 100000/- and cheque(773693) of 200000.
Totally 300000/-(all payment through SBI bank)
Initially, they had shown the polt for us and we were ok with that then we had made the payment from MAX ORCHARDS II plot number 92 and MAX ORCHARDS IIIplot number 580.
After few days we got a call for registration of the plots, at the time of registration we came to know that they are trying to cheat us by registering different plots from which we had seen and booked.
So we informed you are trying to register a different plot. they informed us there is some problem so we are doing this.
we were not informed about is they tried to cheat us by registering a low price plot for a high price.
The same day we informed that we don't need any plot from your organization so please refund the amount of 300000/- we had paid at the time of booking.
It's been 7 years since we did not get any refund or call from them.
we are trying to contact them many times we will be informed that we need time.
And we had given notice through advocate on 03/06/2020 but we dint get any reply.
I need the amount for the treatment of my mother. She is having a health issue.
That also we had informed on 04/05/2018 they had given in a written form saying we will refund in 180 days.
But still, we did not get any amount from them.
