I am an unfortunate customer that invested in an apartment at Choris Faridabad made by Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited

The apartments were sold with fancy promises of world class amenities by Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd. The reality is quite different and there are so many glaring deficiencies. This builder despite being part of the Mahindra & Mahindra group has not responded to various complaints of the buyers r to resolve the complaints the attitude has been very casual so far.

1) Quality of construction is very poor and in a short span of time the plaster is peeling off everywhere and the structure still leaks even one year after hand over of possession

Very true.
I am also one of the unfortunate customer of Mahindra life spaces. While booking they told about features but reality are totally different. I invested in one of project in Pune.

Future buyer, please think twice before...investing in MLDL.
