Lodha Group, Mumbai

I am surprised that Lodha has been very prompt in demanding duly payments .But the same promptness is not shown in resolving customer issues.This is really disheartening and disappointing and I would never recommend anyone to buy a flat in Lodha.Lodha will always charge fine on time. Absolutely no delay.But will indefinitely delay repair work and customers are left helpless and angry.

Now I am here to share my review on Lodha Group. Every people well known the name of Lodha Group this is now become a entrepreneur in construction field.

My friend go to lodhra group to give them contract to build his dream project.

After that he come to me and told about them.he told me the have many terms and conditions and when research about them the we found the they use different material at different sites.

And the quality of material is different at the site location.

The my friend refuse to give contact to the Lodha builders.

I booked a 2BHK flat in 2013, proposed possession date(as per marketing guys-Shruti shah) is in april 2016, and in agreement they changed the date from april to Aug 2016. and not received possession till date.

Indian is ready with GST but my RM always excuse that they are under process, they didnot allow to visit property even after 1 year of grace period is over.

please donot book any property with lodha .untill you have 5-6 years of time

I have booked flat in Lodha, I assume their strategy is to complete the building in this kind of manner that they are able to get 90% of price and then they will put off the final touch, so as customers will maintain to pay interest on home loan and go through.

I had very terrible enjoy of aid from them after reserving the flat. however they may be very spark off in sending put off interest price reminder . they're too sweet before you buy a flat but too sour after you obtain it.

Hi friends, I really need to share my experience of Lodha group because everyone should be well known about this group. First thing they said us that they provide good service to our customers but they can't. They have so many terms and conditions and hidden charges which creates so many problems for customers. Most of the time they postponing our registration without any reasonable reason. They fool people very kindly and smoothely and some time they also don't respond of any calls making by their customers. So please be aware and save your money and time also.

If you reach there it was a bad experience there is no good service providing them it off but it is a top real estate builder and developer. Property sold for purposes the commercial property.

It is a privately held real estate developer based in some know project.

Mumbai 1 invited the only project, 20 floors at Powai dist. Mumbai suburban Maharashtra.

Kapadia associates in design.

It is a very bad experience buying so called dream home with Lodha group. Everything is just fine before booking and even before registration. Lots of hidden terms and conditions, hidden charges. Top of that GST is big headache for under construction properties. If thinking of buying home, don't even think for under construction property now. Best to buy ready possession homes(OC received). There is no clear idea of GST implementation. No proper response when queried about GST.

Everyone aware that Lodha is a big entrepreneur in building and construction filed but as it comes to the quality of the material used in flats is not as per the quality standards. I have observed that the material used at the different locations and projects are also differ as per the location wise. If there is a site running at Dombivali then it's material is less quality wise with Thane project.

Lodha Group is a better group of Builder. This group is very nice. They are making good building. Their work is always good and clean. The company has growth last few years and this company's worker hard working. According to me the customer service department of this group is very well and all problem solve the customer as soon as. Lodha has been a well company named builder and devlope. Lodha group is very better but building cost is high but company is a good constructions company

Hello my self sharjil I have seen lodha group construction at lower parel I think lodha group is goin good conatruction process is fast and at the time more than 4-5 construction is in progress may be more than I said because I have seen this much only its very difficult to setup and plan for a work every day I wish to join lodha company they are hard workers they will get great success thab this.

.Today I will share my reviews on Lodha Group of Builders which is located in Mumbai.My uncle who is currently living in Mumbai visited Lodha Group last week.It was not a appreciating experience with Lodha Groupn of Builders.They promise too much but they do not fulfill it.Customer service is provided but many of times they do not give quick response.Staff availability is also very less.They charge too much and many a times extra charge is added.

Hey guys,

I've been working in this industry from last 3 years these all Builders and developers are the same. Lodha group is a very well known construction company in India as well as out of India. As the Lodha group marketing and sales department is well trained they talk to the customers so very well that people trust them very easily cause there brand name and the show flats which is well maintained and designed just to show. Other than that the flats which are actually booked or registered on the name of the customers have many hidden charges not recorded in the contract and the registered papers. Materials and the interiors are not the same as said or the sample flat. They make many false promises that are not completed till the possession.

It's suggested not to book the flats in Lodha group before possession or if it's in under construction.

Lodha is best civilizans group. I like lodha buildings there structure, views . Lodha give there best to customers who wants rooms in buildings . Lodha give other facility also like giving court of basketball , pool , tennis , table tennis , squash . I like lodha buildings it is one of my dream part . I want to buy room in lodha definitely I will buy in future

Lodha group provides roof to the people and giving the meaning of living healthy life with its worldwide facility of residence.the work the this group in Mumbai is undeniable awesome.i have been looking forward to have a flat in its building. best customer service and smart staff makes it more capable of providing healthy life. there is more to come yet but what is there is enough to feel a better home quality. it is no loss but a great deal with Lodha group. a journey to reach to home or I will say a dream home makes it more excited which means it creates dreams with more ideas and completes its promises.

One thing I would say is be very careful before buying a flat in any Lodha project they have a good marketing team that will tell u all big things and promise quality stuff but when u actually c the flat(not the show flat) u will c the reality of such builders. Never buy flats in booking even after seeing the flat check the quality of the material used and check the clauses in your contract. Overpriced and there are too many hidden charges. Show flats are made very well by hiding all the negative points don't buy flat by just looking at the show flat. Windows, room size, bathroom all very disappointing

Lodha group in mumbai is considered as a very good builder . Their customer service is very good. They themselves arranging loan for the needed customer. Within the given period of time they are giving the house after construction We can believe this builder . By believing them we can invest our money without any hesitation. They are providing all the document in pakka condition Sometimes they are understanding customer difficulty also. They are somewhat flexcible

I have visited in Dec 2016 I have found nicely and properly design The reception was nice and clean, they even have arrange pick and drop for me.

Customer Service:- Good service they arrange pick and drop for me.

Staff:- The staff is good they explain me very well about group.

Ease Of project implementation:- They explain me detail project is completed in 2 year preod so project planning is so good.
