Expect lots of delays and poor customer service

I have booked an apartment in Kumar shantiniketan and since then cursing the day when I am made the decision.Its more than 3 years and still there is no sign of completion of the project. Builder is not ready to commit on the completion date. Customer service is extremely poor.

The agreement is prepared by the builder and is completely one sided. They have already extracted 90% of the payment and now just sitting on my money and enjoying..There is no point of doing any follow ups and they are just liers.

Every time they say that the project will be completed next month, while whenever I go to the site I see only 5-6 workers there.I booked the apartment 3 years back based on reviews of their old projects. But all that has lost over the years. Kumar no longer cares for their customers. Quality of construction is average and does not justify high charges.I hope this review can help people going for new apartment in Pune.
