One of the worst builders in Pune(Pimpri-Chinchwad). I would never recommend buying your dream home from them.

This builder lacks a proper architect for design, leading to poorly planned structures. Before investing, I strongly recommend speaking with existing customers about their construction quality and possession commitments.

1)Delayed possession with no accountability.

2)False promises—what they show in sample flats is very different from what they deliver.

3)Sales team behavior changes completely after the agreement; they stop listening to customer concerns.

4)No flexibility—buyers are forced to accept what is given, with no scope for changes.

5)Delayed possession, with no commitment to timelines.

6)False promises from the sales team, leading to frustration and financial strain.

7)Avoid this builder if you value transparency and timely delivery.

Krisala developers are fraud. They give you false commitment. Before purchasing flat they talk to you very politely and sweetly . once you purchased flat, they stat ignoring you, from sales team to builder(Agrawal), all are fraud. They changed construction plan without your concern, false commitment on parking area, no proper parking for flat owner, , changed kids play arear, no water and STP management, no visiter parking, No experience of working towards customer satisfaction, poor construction quality, Not single commitment they deliver, worst facility team. You can see your dream house getting collapse in front of your eye, please please dot no invest you money here,

1. Fake commitment from sales person

2. Fake commitment from builder

3. Never value thier customer

4. Before you purchase please visit all delivered site like 41 elite, eatera, evoke

5. No experience of working towards customer satisfaction

6. They use maintenance money for next tower construction work

7. Not single commitment they deliver

8. No vendor payment on time due to which construction quality get poor

9. After delivery of flat they will start different level of drama

10. New clauses create and ask for random penalty

11. They didn't provide you basic services like lift , parking, water, if you booked flat in any society then you will loose your money waste fellow
