For renovation of our building we had contact these builder. The cost of the contract was too high. The way he implemented the project was not good and he promised to complete the work within four years. But now it is six years don't but still the work haven't been completed. The builder has less workers. The builder don't visit the location regularly. Also the workers don't come on holidays. We had this things to him many time but he keeps on ignoring. Also he tell that the contract would be cancelled and the money won't be refunded back. Because of slow work and irritating surroundings many tenants have left the building and began to stay in another building. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder because of poor services.
