Project in under process and area is not good neighbour are not good and social I don't like his society and many other problems we are faced major problem is maintenance and cleanness not proper so we are so disturbed

I Sankalpa Patil booked a flat in Kamla Horizon, the builder made away with all our lifes earning, there are few hundred buyers like me and the Law and order sleeps, it breaks my heart to see this happening,

The project had possession dates of 2016 and im sure that they will not be able to give possession in another 10 years

They have staff and use Muscle power to make everyone silent, but the hard earned money will do no good to these crooks

I invested in kamla's Whitefield under construction project at mg road kandivali west back in 2012.

They have me allotment letter then but are not even registering the flat in my name now and the possession was promised around dec 2015.

It's a 22storey project n the have only completed the 6th slab as on data.( 04/04/2016). when I call no one answers my call. when I msg on whatsapp they read and ignore. when I go to their office the receptionist always says no one is in.

I have sent them a legal notice now and am waiting for some response from them. in the meanwhile if anyone else is stuck in this project like me then please do contact me on 9619912034. let's team up so our case gets stronger. thanking you, Ms. FARZEEN zaiwalla
