No standard mechanism

They told us that they had taken care of everything, but when we landed there we were very disappointed to find out that they have not really taken care of much. We have no electricity supply and water supply till now, which is causing us a lot of inconvenience.

Poor rating for social infrsturucture

Social infrastructure lags behind in terms of proper construction that needs to be taken care of by providing adequate raod facilities, proper connectivity, good transport facilitation, good food services, proper grocery and emergency services if need be.

Some Illegal work

The builders have got the paperwork illegally because there is a floor that is built illegally here because of which they may have to give the authorities some money to keep quite about it, which is why our maintenance charges are so high!

I personally assured you that kamanwala buildings are the best and the building is made up if branded cements and other materials.I am staying of the kamanwala's building and I can see their construction tbe had make a very good building and I love to stay over here but there is one issue the atea where the building is counstructeg is oppisite to mavali peoples and they use thriw garbage on roads but it is not a big issue becayse it is going be a express road directly to the lokhandwala and then the value of our building will also increased.Beside the building it will be a metro yard which is now under construction.
