K Bhatia constructions Mumbai is very famour for its estate development by construction of buildings. They also have other branches in kolkata , delhi.

These construction company is no doubt a very good construction company but its constructions are very expensive and also I have heard from many people about having leakage and construction defects which is after paying a lot of money and still experiences these faults is nothing you would want to have when you are living in your new home.

Also this company is these days charged with paying bribe to a high offcial for constructing buildings at illegal land.Now it is a risk to have constructions done by them if tomorrow they are charged guilty their company may shut and your constructions may be stopped in middle.Its a risk also. This company is really expensive so no chance for a normal middle class person to live in an expensive flat.Any ways I won't personally go to them and recommend due to their current reputation .
