K bhatia construction company is a decent company to choose for constructing.

Our house required maintenance and thus we decided to choose this company and approched them with all the details and showed them the areas which needed maintenance.

The entire deal was done in 10 lakh INR including the labour cost and the material cost. We agreed and they promised us to complete it in at most 5 months.

But it actually took them 10 months. Also they used bad quality of the material in the starting but we argued and thus forced them tk use good quality of material which was actually promised to us in the start.

Overall its a good enough company to work with.
