Do not . I tell you frankly donot get in traps of this so called well known builder from Mumbai who has an office at Santacruz. This company is owned by the Bhagtani s who is right now sitting in jail for suping money of around 1200 people in its three so called upcoming projects named Serenity, Rio and Savannah.

They are big cheaters.
