I have bought a flat in Jains Kences Retreat in Apr 2006. Though the apartment was due for handing over by Mar 2008 with grace time, we got the apartment by June 2008. Though they claim the delay was beacuse of EB connection, there are still some works in the common area pending. I am satisfied with the quality of the product but the response from lower level staff is not very encouraging.


Even for small things they always say, they need to check with higher ups or take approval. I also happened to visit their Green Acres project recently in pallavaram for my friend's house warming function. Though the project got delayed by more than a year, I have not seen any equivalent project in chennai with such open space, greenery and amenities. Definitely a big yes when it comes to value for money.


Overall experience has been good.

visu,I am green acres resident and i strictly say NO to jains.Jains Green Acres is good for a one time visitor.But it is full of pathetic problems i.e STP hardly functions, bathroom pipes leakage, no maintenance even after they took 5 years maintenan...ce charge and etc.They are the no:1 cheaters.  Read More

I belive the above one is written by Jain Housing Sales Team or Paid Review, after reading the above message please go and visit the Building Directly Then Decide. What I understand from the Old Review and Flat Owners
...>1.Late Masters (Delay More than 2+Years) - 4 to 5 Years from the Start
2. Customer Care - No No No Response - Not Exists
3. Late/Delay Payment Fee for a week also: Interest Calculator Best in Industry in Lakhs
4. Dont give the alloted Car Parking
5. Leakage in the Baths and Cracks in the Walls
6. Common amenities such as GYM, Swimming Poo etc are not delivered even after the House Delivered
7. Getting the Key is bit difficult
8. 90% of the amount would be collected in 1 year ...then they will put the projects on hold (No Labour, No Approval, etc)...
Do Home Work ....(What ever you seeing also may not correct, What ever you are hearing also may not correct...Do Through review (direct visit to their old buildings) before buying ...Not Only Jain Housing before buying a Flat please do home work do home work. All the Best  Read More
